Can you conquer our warrior course?
Come be a part of this nation wide youth workout phenomenon. This class is designed around helping athletes become more well rounded by helping them develop better strength, flexibility, endurance, body awareness, and so much more. The athletes will first learn their way through 5 different warrior courses (different course each week) and then one week of body awareness and flipping. After they have been through one week of course they will begin being timed through the courses to track performance and time.
